The name "Enchiludas" came to be when her 1 year old son, adorably mispronounced "enchiladas" as "enchiludas." Owned and operated by Gladys, a visionary woman with a passion for Mexican cuisine and a dream of independence, Enchiludas stands as a testament to her dedication and love for her heritage.
