The name "Enchiludas" came to be when her 1 year old son, adorably mispronounced "enchiladas" as "enchiludas."

For over a decade, Gladys has been at the helm of Enchiludas, pouring her heart into every dish and cocktail served. This journey of 11 years has transformed Enchiludas from a solo endeavor into a family-operated sanctuary, with her two sisters joining the venture, enriching the restaurant's soul with their shared heritage and familial love.
